Booking policy

SEATING TIMES

All reservations are available for your enjoyment for 1.45hrs from the time of the confirmed booking time. Should you need additional time, please request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

PAYMENT DETAILS

Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your table. We require a ‘pre-authorisation’ deposit which will not charge anything to your card unless you cancel outside of the cancellation period or don’t show for your reservation.

10% Saturday & Sunday surcharge applies
18% public holiday surcharge applies
1.75% surcharge for all card payments applies

 

CANCELLATIONS

As per our cancellation policy, we must be given 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your reservation otherwise a $15pp charge applies.
 

GROUP BOOKINGS

Groups of 11 adults or more must dine from our banquet menu. Most dietary requirements can be catered for in our banquet upon request. All group bookings of 11 adults or more must pre-select their menu. Please note that the menu is subject to change due to availability and season.

 

MINIMUM SPEND

A minimum spend applies to all exclusive function and event bookings. The minimum spend will be dependent on date, time and season and will be confirmed with you on a case-by-case basis.

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES

So we are able to properly cater for your guests, any dietary requirements or special requests must be confirmed with venue management at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Providing us with as much detail as possible at the time of your booking is appreciated.

 

TABLE ARRANGEMENTS

While we will always aim to provide you with your requested seating location, this will depend on the services bookings, availability, and suitability for your booking.
